A second step might be our next NHI Mission Retreat on June 18-21, 2010, in Williamsburg, Virginia.  Training and orientation are part of that weekend.   You can attend the Retreat without any obligation to us, but the weekend is designed for people who already have pretty good sense of their calling, the skills they bring to that calling, and the timing of stepping out in that calling.
