As a responsibility of our NHI Stewardship, we want you to know how your donation is processed.

Please give by whichever means is most convenient to you. We would encourage direct bank-to-bank ACH/EFT transactions as the most cost effective way to give to NHI.
As listed below, NHI is charged a small fee for every transaction. You, as the donor, never see these fees. These are just for your reference so you will understand the amount that each Associate receives.
- .45 cents for a debit/credit card transaction + 2.84% (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & Diners Club) or 3.50 % (American Express)
In all cases, you will receive complete tax-deductible credit for your full gift.
USPS MAIL – All payments are received by our Administrator at our P. O. Box in Midland, Virginia. All personal, business, and BillPay checks are processed, deposited, and distributed to our Associates as soon as possible on or near the 15th of each month*. Payments received after a collection cycle are stored at the POB until the following cycle, so please plan accordingly.

BILLPAY – Made through your own bank, BillPay allows the contributor to send a paper check via U. S. Mail to NHI. Generally, this takes at least 5 to 8 business days to reach NHI’s mailbox and neither the contributor nor the receiver is charged a fee for this service.

In the account number or memo section, fill in the appropriate NHI Account #: Each associate has a unique account number which corresponds to the memo section notation written in donations by mail, “001-011 + description”. Example: 001 Currie Account or 006 Ford Account. If you are contributing towards Conrad & Jodi Weaver, please use NHI account # 999 the BillPay memo section.
